Fortis Bank

Fortis Bank is the banking arm of Fortis, a Belgo-Dutch banking and insurance group. The bank needed to replace its obsolete magnetic tape file transfer system with a scalable, high-performance electronic file transfer solution that could handle high volumes of small and large files. Fortis Bank chose Axway’s managed file transfer (MFT) solution for internal file transfer, and Axway Sentinel for SWIFTNet to monitor the file transfer activity. Sentinel provides centralized, automated supervision and control over the critical components of file transfers.
